During the third quarter of 2023, the performance of the top 5 cryptocurrency apps on the iOS platform in Greece displayed diverse trends in downloads and weekly active users (WAU), according to data from Sensor Tower.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto had a fluctuating download pattern, starting at around 470 downloads per week in late June and peaking at 679 downloads in mid-August. The app's WAU started at approximately 6K and showed a general decline, ending the quarter at around 5K.

Crypto.com - Buy Bitcoin, ETH experienced significant growth in downloads, particularly in August, where it peaked at 385 downloads per week. The WAU for the app saw a peak of about 2.4K in early July but generally hovered around 1.3K to 1.8K for the rest of the quarter.

MetaMask - Blockchain Wallet saw a steady increase in downloads, with a notable peak of 339 downloads in early September. The WAU for MetaMask remained relatively stable, starting at around 2.6K and reaching up to 3K by early September before slightly declining to end the quarter at about 2.5K.

Bybit: Buy & Trade Crypto saw a download surge in mid-August, reaching 334 downloads per week. The app's WAU also increased significantly, from 339 in late June to 751 by the end of September, indicating a growing user base.

Trust: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet had a varied download trend, peaking at 250 downloads in late July. The WAU for Trust showed consistent activity, starting at about 2.7K and peaking at around 3.1K in early August before stabilizing near 2.8K by the end of the quarter.
